Are you ready for a life-changing experience? Join us on an 8-day tour to the Holy Land, where you will walk in the footsteps of Jesus and witness the beauty and history of Israel.

Day 1: After arriving at OR Tambo airport, we embark on our journey to Tel Aviv. Get some rest on the flight as tomorrow, you will be walking where Jesus walked! Please arrive at least 17:00 for security purposes before departure time.

Day 2: Rise and shine! We arrive at Ben Gurion Airport and meet our Israeli guide. We start our journey along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, stopping at Caesarea where Gentiles first heard the Good News from Peter. We then travel on to Mt. Carmel, where Elijah challenged King Ahab, Jezebel, and the prophets of Baal. We overlook the Jezreel Valley and the Armageddon Battlefield, and end our day in Nazareth, where Jesus grew to manhood. We visit the Church of Annunciation and Cana.

Day 3: After breakfast, we explore northern Israel, visiting sites such as Banias, Capernaum, Tiberias, Tabgha, Mt. Beatitudes, and Magdala. We enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, with time for reflection and prayer.

Day 4: We follow the fertile Jordan Valley southward, passing Beit She’ an and stopping at ancient Jericho, the oldest city in the world. We then visit the baptism site of Jesus at Queser Alyehud and the area where the children of Israel led by Joshua entered the Promised Land.

Day 5: Today, we visit the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Old City, where we walk along the Via Dolorosa, each station commemorating an event along Jesus’ route to crucifixion. We also visit the Western Wall, the holiest site of the Jewish nation, and explore the colorful bazaars.

Day 6: We visit Masada by cable car, Ein Gedi, Qumran, and the Dead Sea, where we dip in the water for a relaxing experience of floating in the Dead Sea, which has amazing healing powers.

Day 7: We travel to Samaria and visit Jacob’s Well, view Mt. Gerizim and Mt. Ebal, and visit Shiloh, where the Ark of the Covenant was stationed for 369 years. We end our day in the area of Golgotha and the Garden Tomb, where we celebrate the resurrection with communion and a time of praise.

Day 8: We depart early for the airport for our flight back to Johannesburg.
